What we collect

When you contact us via the website form or WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, and the information you voluntarily provide about your project. We do not use cookies for advertising, tracking, or analytics beyond anonymised page view counts.

How we use it

Information you provide is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to scope your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details or project information with third parties. Project details shared during scoping are covered by mutual NDA.

Data storage

Contact form submissions are stored in our CRM system hosted on servers located in the European Union (GDPR-aligned). WhatsApp communications are subject to Meta's privacy policy in addition to our own.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from last contact. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 36 months for audit purposes, then securely deleted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@falconictech.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This website uses no third-party advertising cookies. We use a single first-party session cookie required for form submission security (CSRF token). No data is shared with advertising networks.
