Software for Logistics & Supply Chain

Fleet management, warehouse operations, last-mile delivery, and supply chain visibility — software that moves as fast as your cargo.

Logistics software built for operational reality

Logistics is an industry where software failures have a direct, immediate, and visible cost: a missed delivery, a misplaced pallet, a driver with no route update. We build with that operational reality as the design constraint — offline-first mobile apps, real-time tracking that actually updates in real time, and exception management that surfaces problems before they become customer complaints.

What we build for logistics

  • Fleet management systems — vehicle tracking, maintenance scheduling, fuel management, driver performance analytics
  • Transportation management systems (TMS) — shipment planning, carrier management, freight costing, load optimisation
  • Warehouse management systems (WMS) — receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory accuracy
  • Last-mile delivery platforms — route optimisation, driver apps, customer delivery notifications, proof-of-delivery capture
  • Customer delivery portals — real-time tracking, ETA updates, delivery rescheduling, return initiation
  • 3PL billing & operations — activity-based billing, client portal, multi-client WMS with data isolation
  • Cross-border & customs — documentation generation, customs declaration pre-fill, broker integration

Real-time visibility infrastructure

Real-time tracking requires more than GPS polling — it requires a data pipeline that handles intermittent connectivity, vehicle telematics diversity (multiple OBD-II vendors), and a front-end that doesn't stale on re-render. We've built tracking platforms that handle 800+ active vehicles simultaneously.

Route optimisation & AI

  • Dynamic route optimisation — constraint-based VRP solver (time windows, vehicle capacity, driver hours)
  • Demand forecasting — warehouse staffing and fleet capacity planning from historical shipment patterns
  • Anomaly detection — idle time, route deviation, fuel consumption outliers
  • Automated exception management — delay prediction from weather + traffic + historical data

Integration with logistics ecosystem

  • ERP integration — SAP, Oracle, custom ERP purchase order and despatch note sync
  • Carrier APIs — TCS, Leopards, DHL, FedEx, Aramex rate shopping and label generation
  • E-commerce platforms — Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento order-to-delivery automation
  • Customs portals — Pakistan WEBOC, UAE Dubai Trade, Saudi FASAH integration

Common questions from logistics & supply chain teams

Can driver apps work offline?+

Yes. Offline-first is a design default for field apps. Route data is downloaded at shift start, deliveries are captured locally, and sync happens over cellular when connectivity returns. Conflict resolution logic ensures nothing is lost.

How do you handle 800+ simultaneous vehicle tracks?+

We use event streaming (Kafka or Redis Streams) for telematics ingestion, with horizontal scaling for the processing layer and a WebSocket-based front end that delivers position updates with under 3-second latency.

Do you integrate with Pakistani customs (WEBOC)?+

Yes. We have implemented WEBOC API integration for automated customs declaration pre-fill and status tracking. Similar experience with Dubai Trade and Saudi FASAH portals.
